What is "graduation" and is it automatic?

“Graduation” will occur after a student has satisfied all of the academic requirements of his/her program of study and it will only occur after successful review of the student's casework.

What is ASCA?

Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) takes a coach approach to mentor coaching as follows:

  • Mentor coaches use the same coach approach with coaching supervision of ASCA students as they do with their clients

  • Coaching supervision includes using a coach approach to ensure students are being coached as they are being mentored

  • ASCA students will be assigned an ASCA mentor and/or ASCA coach to ensure International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ASCA standards are met
