Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) provides an enriched learning environment that has helped countless students learn, develop and grow. Our unparalleled curriculum and teaching methods help students take the next step in their education and approach the future with confidence.
ASCA considers and employs the principle styles of learning within every course we offer to ensure our pupils learn, retain, and are equipped to begin their coaching business. Whether a coach trainee is a visual, auditory, musical, kinesthetic, reading/writing, logical/analytical, social/linguistic, solitary, existential, nature learner (or any combination of styles), Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) coach trainee courses touch upon them all. Our goal is to empower each coach trainee to learn and retain course material to ensure coach trainee success as we nurture trainees toward their best coaching selves.
Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) considers the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies of great import and prepares coach trainees to understand them.
Utilizing existential learning, Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) coach trainees will access specialized tactics and strategies helping trainees to attain course completion with confidence. Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) inspires, motivates, and helps our coach trainees develop and master their coaching abilities so they can pay it forward every day of their lives.

Instructor-Led Discussions
We provide faculty-led instruction utilizing the following means:

Online interactive live (for example: Zoom) in group and/or individual classes

Online pre-recorded - student-led pace, with both instructor-led quizzes and tests and online quizzes and tests

Live interactive in-person in group session and individual session
-
Live interactive retreat in group session and individual session
-
Peer-to-peer coaching practice sessions and discussion breakouts
-
Practical and hands-on coaching completed in groups and one-to-one

Professional Development:
Mentor Coaching
Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) takes a coach approach to mentor coaching as follows:

Mentor coaches use the same coach approach with coaching supervision of ASCA students as they do with their clients.

Coaching supervision includes using a coach approach to ensure students are being coached as they are being mentored.
-
ASCA students will be assigned an ASCA mentor and/or ASCA coach to ensure International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ASCA standards are met.
WHY Accredited through ICF?
International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation is the global gold standard for coaching education. Aging Strategy Coach Academy (ASCA) chose to become an accredited coaching education provider well before the coaching industry was regulated because ASCA appreciates not only the trust accreditation offers, but because ASCA deeply believes that standards of best practice help maintain, improve, lend credence, and trust to industries which involve clients who cannot speak for themselves. ASCA teaches its students the rigorous ethics standards ICF requires – everyone benefits in the end!
